01 — About the project

In-depth screening of individuals and legal entities before a deal

The project's first product is a platform for comprehensive counterparty screening before financial transactions and business operations. Screening covers:

01

International regulators' sanctions lists

02

PEP checks (Politically Exposed Persons)

03

Detection of links to financial crime

04

AML / CTF risk analysis

05

Checks against global databases and registries

06

Monitoring of reputational and legal risks

The platform complies with European AML and CTF legislation and FATF recommendations.

02 — Technology partner

World-class data

Sumsub

A global leader in KYC / AML compliance

Key partner for data collection, analysis and processing. Integration with Sumsub's infrastructure provides access to international databases, sanctions lists, customer identification tools and world-class risk analytics.

03 — Move into FinTech

From compliance to a licensed crypto operator

Building on the AML/KYC technology already in place, the project is evolving into a full FinTech ecosystem. The company has officially added digital-asset operations to its scope of activity.

Engagement with the financial regulator has begun as part of obtaining a MiCA licence (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation).

An official letter has been received from the supervisory authority confirming the ability to prepare and submit the documentation package for licensing in accordance with MiCA requirements.

This lays the foundation for obtaining CASP status — Crypto-Asset Service Provider — and operating across the EU.
